Albert Lee Soto, age 18

Lost to gun violence on August 31, 2024 in San Diego, California.

Soto was an Operations Specialist Seaman Apprentice assigned to the USS Pinckney (DDG 91) which is home-ported at Naval Base San Diego. He enlisted in the Navy just last year in October 2023, and was from New York, the Navy said. Thank you for your service & RIP.
