Her mother told us: "Jessica was the mother of four beautiful girls. She was a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and best friend to many of us. She was my best friend, I'm her mother. Senseless acts of violence with guns took her away and devastated us all. R.I.P. baby girl"
