- Instagram: Middle Springs Farm on Instagram: "We have tragic news to share. Yesterday we lost a member of our farm family, Dixie Brainard. Dixie helped on many of our open days the past couple years. Visitors may remember her welcoming them to the farm or serving mini-donuts. She was a hard worker with a strong spirit and wonderful sense of humor. She loved kids and welcomed her own into the world recently. Now, she leaves her baby behind, along with four siblings, her parents, and many other family and friends. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they grieve and work through this incredibly difficult time. Our farm events won’t be the same without her. She was taken far too soon. We will miss Dixie dearly. ❤️"
