    1 his child placed in emergency custody by Sullivan co DCS with paternal aunt
    1 bail 125k each
    1 judge j klyne lauderbach ruled Sullivan co wrongfully kept child
    1 child returned to murders (m and SD ) May 2018
    1 paternal family didn't get to see him again till Jan 2019
    1 last time laid eyes on him Feb 2020. no concessions thru covid and now cut off all communication.
