"Charles Eugene Barsh, 33 of Buckhead NC born June 22, 1982 to Vallie Baker and Dennis M. Jacobs went to his heavenly home on May 22, 2016. Charles was the first of four children: Chris, Danielle, and D.J. Charles was one of a kind, the one person who would give you the shirt off his back and his last spoon of food. Charles was a friend and cousin to everyone who knew him. He cherished his friends but most of all his family. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, siblings, and 3 beautiful children Matthew, Charlie, and Cano along with a man's best friend, Boozer.
