Police Officer Sigler was off-duty and working as a courtesy officer at the Tyler Ridge Apartments complex on Thomas Road while investigating a disorderly incident at the time of the shooting. Officer Sigler had served with the Mobile Police Department for 18 months. Thank you for your service - RIP.
