Officers found Tacara Nashay Reese-Windom, 23, sh*t inside her vehicle and a 5-month-old child also in the car. Reese-Windom was transported to a hospital where she died. The 5-month-old was also taken to a hospital for evaluation. Family members have spoken up about the state trying to take the 5 month old child to foster care 🙏 We want to give our deepest condolences and thoughts to the family and loved ones who are impacted by this devastating loss. *SWIPE*"
